Ye its on alright, I haven't seen much of Nick apart from highlight reels. I noticed Nick is 4/1 to win the fight with Anderson at even money.
Anderson is 40 years old, im not sure if Nick will beat him but Nicks a good fighter and in his prime how is anyone whos a good fighter in there prime 4/1 against a guy coming off 2 losses and over 40.

Seems to be insane value in Nick Diaz for this one.

I fully expect Anderson to win but I'd also probably take 4/1 on Diaz against anyone on the planet (weight class inclusive).

Nick hasn't won a fight in almost 4 years, not sure what makes this his prime.

What site is Diaz 4/1? I've only seen him as high as +285. I'll definitely take a guy as crafty as Nick at +400. Definitely should be the underdog and will likely have a tough time winning the fight, but I'll take those odds.

Diaz is not fast, he's not explosive, he doesnt have KO power, he doesnt have takedowns, he's not big.

There is ZERO ways for him to win against Silva.

How do you know that Nick is a good fighter if you've only see highlight reels? You obviously know nothing if you don't know much about Diaz who's been around for over a decade and Nick hasn't won in years bro in his "prime".

"but Anderson is old now bro"

    "dude his leg is broken"

    Even 50% Anderson beats Nick

Came here thinking he had a test come back and had 4/1 t/e ratios. Not that that's an illegal amount but would've been suspicious. Never mind...

He is in his prime he just is facing top competition. When most people say Nick was in his prime was when he was beating guys like Daley, Old Penn and unranked fighters in SF. Nick has always lost to the top fighters, he is just now actually facing them consistently

... but then why would anyone be betting on a UFC fight when there is an elephant in the room.

AS would win easy if this was sparring.......But im afraid once Diaz hits his chin once...AS falls...then losses Confidence...hence losing 2rd KO

I think Diaz is tailor-made for Silva. He won't try to take him down, and he's not afraid to stand and trade. The only thing for me is, Diaz likes to work the body, and I don't think Silva's bob and weave style will do much to stop that. Still, I don't think Diaz's chin will withstand Silva, even at 40.

Silva's is coming off a devastating injury which would end many careers, he's over 40, just got KO'd and was rocked a couple times before that. Nick is still relatively young, had incredible recovery and a damn good chin, and cardio for days. Do I think he'll win? Probably not, but not bad at 4/1...

This is what I keep thinking. But then I remember what kind of injury Silva is coming back from.

I hate to say it, but there is a GOOD chance that Silva will not be the same fighter. I would take Diaz at +400.
