At about 7:30 of this match Roger gets both hands under Margarida's bottom shoulder, lifts the shoulder and hip bumps, and then turns away from Margarida to start the escape.

The few escapes that I know from side mount typically involve turning towards your opponent. The only one I have seen that is somewhat similar is Saulo's running escape.
I am hoping someone can post an instructional of this particular escape, or at least provide some details on the finer points.
