At about 7:30 of this match Roger gets both hands under Margarida's bottom shoulder, lifts the shoulder and hip bumps, and then turns away from Margarida to start the escape. I am hoping someone can post an instructional of this particular escape, or at least provide some details on the finer points. I am a white belt, so I apologize in advance if this is a basic escape that I am just not familiar with.
