GSP fans might be buying in hopes of seeing him lose. Also, Jones is the goat too, that probably helps the buys.

LOL imagine GSP fanbois, desperate sweaty palms, beady little anxious eyes glued to the screen, just hoping and praying for the GOAT to tap to strikes....

Jones has a special knack of making people want to see him lose.

The more he wins the more we want to see him get his ass beat. We all tune in for that and are bothered with his dominance. It keeps us coming back for more.

It's not just GSP fans boys. It's people who know the difference between right and wrong. People dont like to see shit heads with success.

    It is what it is

His numbers have been dropping quite noticeably. He’s not near the draw he once was. Too much BS involved, and alot of people still care about clean sports.

I really doubt 247 broke 500K. Unfortunately, we won’t find out how low the number really was. My guess would be 250-300K.

Meh, people are keen to either see him at his best again, or be beaten. Both are left unsatisfied these days

Jones is a huge draw which is why judges give him the Canelo Alvarez decision treatment

No hes not. It took a shit ton of hype to get those numbers. Partially half was due to dc.. Besides gus 2 .... Thats 3 ppvs in a decade that were good..... Hes not a draw unless hes the bad guy

AND HE NEEDED MULTIPLE title fights or a damn fine under card to make people tune in. By himself he is not a draw
.. Gsp was never the bad guy.... Look at the numbers he pulled.

The DC fights were hyped and the Gus rematch was too. How many buys did he do vs OSP, Gus 1, Santos, or Glover?

    Despite his antics?

No way. It’s because of his antics. The fact that he’s a sociopath and steroid using piece of shit makes him that much more marketable. If he were a good guy he’d only sell half as many PPVs.

Well of course. He is the next biggest draw next to Conor in the UFC. That’s why Dana and the judges won’t let him lose to a close a decision.

There was certainly a lot of interest in his return. We don't have the figures from his last couple if fights but it feels like the excitement has died off a bit.
