I know Jake Shields fought Maia, but in my opinion, Shields is too much of a BJJ guy to call the best wrestling one trick of all time...

I like Askren a lot and think he is one of the best grapplers ever to be in mma but Maia taps at some point in the 3 rounds. The fight would be on the ground the whole time and maia would get him at some point. Askren would have no way of finishing him.
