Whether or not Maia has "Unbelievable BJJ" is not really up for debate at this point. He's one of the all-time best. Doesn't matter if you like it or not.

Jacare and Maia have fought multiple times with Jacare winning most of them by submission.

Jacare's judo is insane.. he could easily win olympic medal at it

Odd title for someone who rarely ever wins by submission.

According to Demian himself (as I asked him today after reading this topic) he only fought Jacare twice in Grapplimg (as I remembered) not three times.
One at te 2005 ADCC final (lost), and one at te BJJ world cup final (Won).
So the info about three fights between them is not correct. At least according to Demian : )

I am pretty sure Gonzaga has a win over Maia as well. Maia is far more exciting to watch, as both a Bjj player and fighter. He is so smooth. Can't wait for his next fight
