Deload question

    My question how should i deload.For example lets say ia do 5x5 with 100 kg,next week i want to deload ,what weight should i use?And the week next to deload what weight should i use again?

    what kind of deload do you mean? have you stalled? if you are deloading in an effort to build back up and smash a plateau deload to 90% then build back up. if you just fancy a week of rest deload to 60% then carry on where you left off.
