I just on a lark threw (full fat) Greek Yogurt, Splenda, Chia Seeds, Cinnamon and Nutmeg into a bowl, stirred it and it was fantastic. I'm pretty sure the Greek Yogurt is low enough in carbs to make it into all but the most stringent of diets and it's got a nice thick texture, almost like cheesecake.
I'm going to try Lemon/Orange zest tomorrow and see how it tastes.
