Just curious at where everyone draws the line. I've always held the opinion that the only "natural" athlete is the one eating nothing but raw foods. Something as simple as a protein powder to me, is unnatural. A shake does the work of a few steaks. That's not natural.

So, where do you draw the line?

Me. I only take BCAA's, creatine, and protein powder. Come at me USADA.

Truth.

Dude one shake = 100 g steak and nurishes doesn't do work.

Shill or trolling or borderline authistic ?

Imma stop posting in the heavies.

Plus a whey shake literaly is processed dairy, like butter is.

I've never had anything more performance enhancing than a protein shake. I don't even take vitamins.

This place is doomed to ignorance if we keep changing away world class thinkers like YugoKing.

We define humanity by what humanity does. To say something is human is to say this is something humans do. Humans do different things today than they did in the past. Compare our athletes to Greek athletes. We have more knowledge and we use it. Our diets would be considered PEDs in ancient times. How much nutrition we have.

I've always preferred to just eat well. Supplements are expensive and a good portion of them are snake oil anyway. If I was going to go to that effort, I'd just do it right and grab the brass ring.

a protein shake does the work of a few steaks? must be a pretty big shake

I draw the line at protein powder. I'm tired of these cheats ruining the sport. #banproteinpowder

I know you're joking, but is it really that absurd? It's broken down in a lab, and used to enhance one's results over the natural alternatives.
