"In Rock" is a masterpiece of hard rock, in my view. Flawless album. I think hard rock cannot get better than that.
Machine Head is amazing too.
Made in Japan is a monumental live album.

Interesting guitar player with Richie Blackmore. I mean there's those clips of them destroying his guitars and amps. I couldn't find the one that I was thinking of but here is one where he is destroying some gear that would now be worth quite a bit! He really influenced a lot of guitar players that I like.

Also if there's any guitar nerds out there, it's interesting that he originally was known for playing a Gibson es 335:
