Debating?

Disregard facts and base your answers solely on opinion.

I thought a simple answer fitted a simple question, but almost everything a mind can excel at can be valuable. Good memory, verbally strong, logically strong, confidence, knowing how to read people, etc.

Isn't knowledge not one of the most important things in a debate?

You should be able to argue both sides of a topic. That way you're well prepared for any rebuttals.

Hence the memory, but for real knowledge you gotta understand what it is you are talking about. That's why every facet of the brain/mind is important. You can never be too well rounded.

How can you improve debating skills?

is this seriously a question? thts like asking how to be smart. LEARN. all debate is is presenting the facts in a way tht advances the point you are making. dont bring opinions into it just learn about the subject you are debating before you debate it. its very straightforward

As mentioned earlier, try to appeal to your target audience as depicted in the video below.

to debate well isn't about bullshitting, it's really about understanding arguments, finding the foundational themes that can be deconstructed, and having multiple sources for an attack.

Did a lot of rhetoric classes for my undergrad.

Same thing you need to do well at anything: practice
