I started warming up bench with 135 and my shoulder started hurting. Weird because it felt fine. I guess that angle still needs to heal for it. I started pressing 135 and the weight felt really light but my shoulder was still acting funny so I called it. I think if I would have started with pressing my shoulder would have been fine. I'm going to lay off the bench until sometime next week. This was my fault, I benched 3 times last week and my work capacity isn't ready for that yet. I'm a stupid idiot.

Do you mix in inclines to your benching? What about DBs? (I think you might have said you only have light ones.) Something like a swiss bar or football bar?
 
I have a Rogue powerlifting belt. I love it. I think I’ll get one of those lever belt gimmicks though. I have to really tug on the thing to get it in the hole(hehe) and feel like it could be tighter

I got the inzer lever. I like snapping that shit off after a tough set. Makes me feel like a bad ass. lol

I ordered a Pioneer lever belt with their new fancy adjustable lever on November 16 and it hasn't shipped yet. They said 4-6 weeks, but I want it now!

Nope. Always just straight flat benched.

My every day belts are a similar idea. Slidebelts and some other brands. It befuddles strippers hookers loose women -- yeah, that's good enough -- like you wouldn't believe.

Stationary Bike - 30 minutes

I rode in my underwear and socks. I was supposed to lift either today or yesterday but I decided to just fully rest the shoulder, it doesn't hurt at all but I wanted to be safe. Tomorrow I squat and bench.
 
I use the heck out of that $40 mini-stepper I got at Walmart. LTR goes on it some too, but never more than a couple minutes at a time. I'll do 30 in the evening while we're watching the School of Rock TV show on repeat.

My wife had a stepper like that. I wanted to use it but she said I was too heavy.

Squat 3 x 5 215 lbs. COOKING tonight. Weight was bouncing at the top I was coming up with such ferocity. Still on a belt to be sure

Press 3 x 5 120 lbs. Almost failed on the second set. Wore a belt for the 3rd and it came up a lot better.

Clean 3 x 5 115/125/135 lbs Felt good.

Back tried to get funky with me on a warm up set but I’m continuing to make adjustments to my form. Feels like I’m starting to get it dialed it and getting that muscle memory of what not to do. Had zero issues after the wonky warmup set.

It was pretty gnarly. I haven't done 21s in years. I usually curl 80 for about 12 for 3 but my son was using some of the plates for DB presses so I busted out the ol 21 GUN SALUTE!
