Thanks, man. I got him into lifting for his wrestling. He's been wrestling since he was 5. But he loves lifting. He would do it even if he wasn't wrestling. Next month wrestling practices are changing to 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. Not sure how we will fit lifting into that yet.

Felt good to run again. Gong to see Halloween Kills tonight then headed to Tuscaloosa for the Tennessee game tomorrow. So hoping to get my 4th lifting day in on Sunday. Maaaaybe run again in the morning before I leave depending on how I’m feeling. Happy Friday, savages

I have a left pec strain but it's not from bench. I'm a tricep dominant bencher. I think it was from the flys. I'm going to take a break from those this week.

I moved my feet in on my squats a little. I don't think my quads were firing right and now it feels like I can incorporate my quads more.
