Got off to a good start this week with an AM workout and a solid day of eating. Righting the ship after a couple weeks of letting things get looser and looser.

LTR is with his grandma, so I'm planning to hit BJJ tonight if I don't fall asleep in my dinner.

PM - BJJ - Tuesdays is death night. Shark tanks and 6-minute rolls. Good shit.

Somethings going on with my knee. On Saturday it started popping. And it kind of feels a little unstable. No pain but I'm going to take it easy on it. I can jump on it fine. Weird shit! I'm old!

No belt on those squats which was a big milestone for me. I always sued to start belting @225. So to do reps at that weight with no belt gave me a lot of confidence. Zero back issues. Rip’s 100 pages on the squat and a lot of Bryce’s cues have really helped me out on the form. Great workout to start the week, feeling strong!
