Now, most of you don't and will never occupy a position of authority like I do and aren't smart enough to do so. Recently, thanks to higher up tards I was landed with a bully related to some boss who, while they didn't bother me or other OGs, they did make things difficult for people on my watch who should've had it easy(even in an imperfect world as we live in). (There are no SJWs or similar freaks where i work so things usually run nice and smooth and people don't have to tread on eggshells for fear of blue haired rage and left wing autocracy.) A word to higher than higher ups and the can was eventually banished, but i can't help but feel like things shouldn't have gotten this far. It's difficult to find worthwhile temps during busy periods, so when one comes along that you wish you could clone, you want the best for them. Sadly, he isn't the sort who is cut out for the competitive hostility that accompanies any line of work, really. And he was actually reduced to tears by the bully. I was well aware of what was going on, but nobody gets to smell hot vagina or reap any of the other rewards of life by allowing themselves to be trampled on. My stance is to let people fend for themselves or at least learn to. Some would say this is a flawed perspective and they would be right, because some people fall and even with a helping hand they will never be able to stand on their own two feet. The young prospect flourished in his own element, but that means nothing in the world of business or any competitive field when there's always a worthless, talentless and well protected bag of shit willing to bring you down to hoist their own dirty self up. Even though you all suck, i'm curious to see how you would've handled things in this situation. I know that had i stepped in with disciplinary measures without dismissing the can entirely(not something i could've done to a boss' relative anyway) he would've made life even worse for the young prospect(as he would now be a rat).
