365lbs dead bench an inch off my chest. First time doing these and this was grindy.

Tricep push downs 4x8 with 115lbs

Inverted rows 4x10

Incline dumbbell flye 3x12 with 66lbs dumbbells

Front raises holding a KB with both hands 3x10, 1 set with 50lbs and the last two with 70lbs.

Ramp to 635lbs cambered bar box squat. I didn't sink or camp on the box because I figured I'd miss the lift but I'm happy with this nonetheless. The lifting belt i wore didn't close 2 weeks ago so the KB training must be doing something.
