I am 5'12" and weigh about 130. All you people do on here is talk about doing deadlifts, squats and benching..WHAT! All you need to do is bicep curls and quit wasting your time. You should see me in my banana hammock and sprayed on tan doing curls. Some may say I'm Guido - but when I go out to the club with my spike highlighted hair, I pop my collar and untuck my button-up shirt and I become a hella-guido monster. Why would you guys want to work on anything else? I look awesome and only have 12" calf muscles. So if you want to start a real workout routine try this: Curls - 3x100 (5 lbs.) Monday-Thursday.
