I've felt a bit of at loss with my deadlift and thought about lowering my training max and get a proper form check going.

Something I noticed myself from the video is that my shoulders might be a little too much over the bar at the start, which I fixed later on but that meant making more space between me and the bar and it kind of threw me off.

    So, anything good?

    Thank you, as always!

Thats a very nice setup and better than most form vids on internet. Only small issue might be to force scapula down a little, and straighten the arms more.

Those are cool plates too, who makes them?

I think it looks good. Are you lifting on a squishy mat? It would be better to lift on the bare floor if possible.

Your back stays tight and it comes up with a vertical bar path. Looks good to me.

    Thanks, man!

They're some kind of special Leoko technique practice plates. I've seen them a lot in gyms across Finland. The core is aluminium and the edge is rubber.

    Thanks, Dr!

Actually it is a har rubber mat. We don't have a platform per se in here so they have this some kind of wooden set up under the rubber. But no, it does not "give in".

    Thank you!
