Deadlift form check

    its very hard to see from a failed attempt, but In that attempt, it looks like your doing a straight legged deadlift, your back is not straight and your hips do not come forward
    also, I think you should tape another video.

    To me your feet look really close together (though this may be video angle). How far apart are your heels when you deadlift?

    Agreed that you should post another video somewhere just below your 1 RM. You'll get better picture if you take it from the other side so that the window doesn't wash out all the light.

    Your hips are starting very high; so it's going to be harder to lockout. Need a video where you complete several reps to comment any further than that.

    This is not a good deadlift. Your hips need to come way lower before even starting the lift, and you need to push your chest out a lot more.
