Seems like your hips start too low.

Also, your legs are locking out way to early.

I think your hips starting low causes your knees to be over the bar too much and prevents from getting in a good start position.

Seems like your shoulders are even with the bar or slightly behind I can't tell from this angle. Again, if your hips are higher you could get in a better position with your shoulders over the bar.

your shoulders should be ahead of the bar at the start position judging from your body type
