today i did some dead lifts while standing on one of those step things it increases the rom and i found it to be hellish because i wasnt used to it i have no idea of the actual benifits of this but its definatly fun and hardcore give it a try
yeah the middle of my back ( i mean up and down my spine ) feels excelent now the only thing is that the form was a little queer and i felt it was a little difficult to keep my back straight
omg just tried dumbell dead lifts of the step that killed me its also really good for/hard on my ballance
