At any rate, DC vs Izzy would be a far more exciting fight than Jones vs Izzy

I've actually grown to like Izzy more as time passed, but come on lol. Let's see how he looks against a guy who wouldn't even be top 5 at LHW let alone close to Jones/DC level if the division was stacked like it was 3-7 years ago.

 

DC is fantastic at closing the distance against taller/longer fighters and with his size advantage accompanied by his elite grappling, Izzy would be in for a long night with his back on the mat similarly to Silva's go at DC.
But I also see Jones having an easy time with Izzy as well, Jones has the size and reach advantage to win by fighting on the outside like Izzy tends to do but has also shown himself to be significantly stronger by out grappling guys who were supposed to be stronger than him. Jones can beat him everywhere while DC would take him down and bully him.
