I really don't know who I'd rather see as the winner, since I really like both of these guys, but my guess is Stipe takes it. This is Stipe's hardest fight and he still most likely mauls DC imo. Shows how good he is.

And I love me some DC.

It’s the fight to make for the UFC, DC, Stipe, and the fans. My vote says definitely will happen.

No HW deserves a shot right now. Werdum needs at least one more fight, and Cain needs to fight twice in a relatively short window before he should be given a shot, imo.

Rather see reem vs cain for a title eliminator...or maybe ngannou vs werdum. 3 of those 4 are in the mix.

Damn, seems like a lot of fans in those comments aren't aware of Strikeforce DC. lol This is definitely a fight I want to see, I would be surprised if DC actually took it considering his relationship with Cain. Would he just immediately vacate the title if he won?
 
Hasn't DC been adamant about not going back to heavyweight though?
 
Rather see Cain vs Stipe first while it gives time for DC to bulk up.
 
good fight. cormier is a decent grinder with a reasonable chin.
 
it was just confirmed for ufc 226 in july on the weigh-in show.
