Saw that also. DC seems like he will be a HW no matter what.

He even left a fight with Cain on the table. I don't think he wants to lose weight and he doesn't have to.

Now thats whats up. War DC @ HW!!!

No LHW!!! The cut is big, pointless and as far as rumors go rather unhealthy for DC

Seriously though with him in the division things will go crazy reaal quick. Cant wait.

They should also bring Barnett, Sergei and AA!!!

Just fight cain and bro it out after the fight like every other fighter does

No shit, really? Shocking.

And the only thing more ridiculous than people thinking Cormier could fight effectively at 205 are people who though Roy could make 205 at all.

Damn, I was hoping for Cormier vs Jones. Cormier let me down on this one and he did so much shit talking, I was looking forward to the fight.

The answer about whether he would fight Cain hit me a bit as strange. Cain is his boy, the answer should be no.

meh,

cormier wants mir, he always says that.
jones haters should find a new hero

I am sure they will. They can't stand reality so they invent guys who would clearly beat Jones at 205 pounds. Or re-create heavyweights at 205.

Dude knows he would get merked at LHW. He would lose most of his advantages he has at HW if he cuts to LHW.

Good choice. He'll be top 5 in the HW division.

yea he didnt say that the fight was off the table

Dana said at the post fight that the camp told him they are open to it, also. DC wants Mir and Cain will get Overeem so they seem to be willing to just let it all play out.

seems like cain really doesnt want that fight

i guess at the end of the day, its all a negotiation - if in theory dana white paid them 5 billion dollars each they'd of course do it - so somehwere the right price might be there - i bet its a high price

no point in ruling anything out i guess - esp if the camp itself is very strong and the media / public has no ability to influence their decisions

Yeah. With HW anything can happen. It would be silly for DC to cut weight for the first time in a long time as soon as Cain wins. Reem could beat Cain or Cain could get injured.

If they get the best pay day of their careers it could be worth it to fight each other once.

Cain against Cormier would be very ironic, since they're both AKA guys and the UFC had a problem with Swick-Kos-Fitch refusing to fight each other. So I think that would be interesting. The reality is we're in a different place now, and the chance to be the top guy is too great to not take the fight. They can be friends after the fight. Since one of them, or both, would also be a millionaire.

the only reason i think he want's to go to lhw is to fight jon jones; however, since jones will most likely move to hw in the future, it wouldn't make sense for him to abandon his hw aspirations in order to face someone who'll probably move to his division eventually.
