I think Khabib fears the rematch. Conor gave Khabib the most resistance of any of his recent opponents, defending most takedowns and winning most rounds in the process. And let's not forget, that was whilst Conor's foot was a balloon.

The only way Khabib mans up and takes this fight is if Conor goes on a 3-fight streak, making people doubt Khabib's legacy as GOAT. As it stands, Khabib is only willing to fight GSP.
