thank you theefaulted for drafting my ass .. its the finals exams here so I will start my training in 2 weeks .. BTW dawn of the dead LIFTERS sounds great
my starting maxes are :
deadlift (sumo) : 350lb
OHP : 135lb

The gym was pretty busy so I couldn't get either of the flat benches right away. My DB bench feels unstable so at some point I'll work it in as assistance. My flat bench felt good, I really tried to concentrate on keeping my back tight. I feel like I get some pop at the bottom from my lats on the lighter sets but I have trouble doing the same thing when the weight gets heavier.

I you'll be fine since there is a lot of carryover from squats to deadlifts. I bet it takes 1 or 2 sessions to work off the rust and then you will find that your deadlift is still as strong as it was before, if not stronger (depending on how much you added to your squat).
Come on, show some taste in zombie movies, no way are we using something from the remake, mocked up an idea usin the 1974 poster last night, will finish it up later and see what everyone thinks.
