"Been told that Tony Thompson has worked out his deal with @FrankMaloney and has signed the deal to fight @DavidPrice_1 on Feb. 23. #boxing"

    Good match up for David.

I like it. Seems like a good transitional opponent for David. Tony's better than all the guys he's faced so far but he's not exactly a killer or anything. If Price looks dominant then we know he's ready for much better fighters. I would like to see Price/Helenius at some point. Think that would be a pretty good fight, still have a soft spot for Helenius even though he's looked like shit recently.

I don't like it really, but the way he looked in his last fight, it's probably best.

He got hit far too much against a sub par opponent.

Thompsons a pretty solid fighter, just not a very good puncher. Thats a tough fight for Price.

What's not to like about this fight? Thompson just got down challenging the Heavyweight champion of the world. This is a HUGE step up for Price.

Price demolishes him, not that I think price is a world beater, just that this fight is tailor made for him.
