This is the second week of the Eternal Unltd instructional video series with Cesar Gracie Black Belt, Dave Terrell! This week Dave took me through a Slicer Defense to Cross Body Heal Hook. This move is dangerous, so make sure that you are careful when trying it! Remember, you don't have to put much pressure on the Slicer or the Heal Hook to get the tap. Check out http://www.eternalunlimited.com for our clothing line and the rest of our videos on our blog page! Join the Eternal Unltd Revolution...Enjoy...

    Nice!

I've always wanted a good slicer defense.

    Thanks!

Dave and I were white belts together. He spawned Jake and Nick. One yin the other yang. I haven't seen him in a while. I got to get up to Santa Rosa soon.

Dave's a slicer and a dicer. Slicer defense to cross side heel hook. Very scary but good to know. Please be careful if you try this!

    Dave's an animal.

That's a great way to put it for Jake and Nick..."Yin and Yang"...I like that. This is definitely a scary move...on the slicer end or on the heal hook end! Caution is a must!

are they filming a porno in the background or something?

btw, shortly after that film was shown, a strong breeze flew by and broke 3 of terrell's ribs.

Leg locks are scary...combine them with a slicer and you have a nightmare! We want to put some stuff out there that you don't see everyday though. Just tell everyone to proceed with caution when trying it.

For sure Bro! No worries...there is always haters...just good motivation. Dave is great at going over the details that sometimes make all the difference! We will be posting them every week to our blog...glad you like them! There is two more technique videos from last week on the blog already, and also video interviews with Dave, Gilbert Melendez, and Jake Shields. The video/audio is pretty shitty on the past vids, but I got a new set up now so it will be much better.

I like Dave, every time I hear he's going to fight I get really excited, and then let-down. I'm now a fan of his instruction as well, and hope he begins competing more regularly in any way (ADCC, MMA, etc)

It is great to see loyal fans of Dave posting positive things! I know that everyone has been let down a bit when he has had to pull out of previous fights...but that's just how it goes sometimes. I am really excited to see what he does next and he is super motivated so I think it is going to blow people away! Glad you guys like his instruction..he is an EXCELLENT instructor. I think it is great that he is willing to make these videos because a lot of instructors want to keep their secretes and techniques for their own students. I think I am going to start posting the videos straight to the forums so it is easier for people to view..what do you guys think?
