Tuesday I'll do the Bas routine on the new heavy bag before class. Also will do abs then.

Left hand is bruised from the new heavy bag, but I bought thicker bag gloves and it seemed okay with yesterday's workout before class.

Short lifting day - Had to get back to work. Did the Bas tape in 2 sittings. Will do it all Sunday

*** Felt something tweak bad as I got the weight to the top. Put it down fairly quickly but the damage was done. Feels like a sharp jab in my lower left back. I haven't been able to pinpoint but I've been sitting here with a heating pad on.

The other guys did Bentover rows, pullups and shrugs but I was too busy hurting and trying to find what hurt to stretch it to see what weight they did.
