Dash buttons - what in the world are these?

They are wifi connected Amazon one click purchase buttons. So the tide one, for instance, you would put near your washing machine. When you notice you're low on Tide, you push the button, and it automatically orders a new bottle of tide on 2 day shipping via Amazon.
