Hey guys, I guess this is V2 of my workout log. I just figured since I'm now back on track with my goals, that I may as well start fresh. Keep up with me.

Age: 19
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 160 (coming down too!)

1rm's: All have been higher, but with a fresh log comes most recent stats

Squat: 280
DL: 280
Bench: 180
OHP: 125

I'm doing Madcows 5x5 to keep myself goal oriented, and squatting 3x a week. I'll be on this for as long as possible. I'm now an EX-routine switcher.

I reset my stats by 90%, just to ensure slow and steady gains.

I started madcow 1 year ago and this site vouched for the madcow routine. It was my first strength program. Definately a good program. (I fucked with the program to no end though lol)

I'm forcing myself to stick to 5/3/1 (I want to switch to madcows advanced routine). My name is Rookie Belt I am a Recovering routine-switcher. My last routine switch was 14 days ago. *this is where you applause*

Great workout, first time ever doing weighted pullups, they're vouchable in my book. Fuck yeah.

I'm happy for you brah. I was on 5/3/1 for 4 months and saw good gains, but I wanted something that I could use while on my diet that had me squatting 3x a week.

I've noticed that frequent squatting + below maintenance calories=less strength loss, faster fat loss.
