Danny Gonzalez killed

Don't know who he was but that's very sad, people are tense all over out here, then we have record sales for guns. Everyone needs to be a bit more hesitant to get into things with anyone right now.

RIP. That’s sad...

btw does anyone know why he stopped boxing? Kid was 3-0 but stopped boxing for several years already...

Too young, man...

DANG!

R.I.P. and prayers to his family...

RIP. Sucks hope his family finds peace I just walk away from confrontation now. To many delicate egos and to many guns floating around.

Was it a random shooting? It sounds pretty shady when they say nothing about it several days after the incident

I would assume it's like most murders, each party knew and are even often related to each other..

Man, that's just awful.

Yeah I heard about this, Moreno Valley is no joke a lot of gangs increasing the in the area and it’s getting violent, it’s sad this kid had big potential too, rip and prayers to his family

that entire Riverside area is one of my least favorite parts of CA

Whats sad about Moreno Valley is in the 90s it was home to Blacks fleeing compton and watts and inglewood, they had a black flight and black families started moving there to avoid the violence and crime and start new, now their offspring got influenced and intrigued by the gang life, then the Latinos kids started bringing gangs too and now its developing into one of those crime infested areas, they project 5 years from now it could be a hot bed for criminal activity and violence.

1992 COLUMN ONE : L.A.'s Loss: ‘Black Flight’ : An exodus to distant suburbs is depriving the inner city of active, involved families. Now, they are needed more than ever, and there is hope rebuilding efforts will influence them to stay.

I will say this San Bernadino county is handsdown the WORST. Its like walking dead if you ever drove around the area where San Manuel Casino is, the casino is like a fortress blocking out the crack head transients, and when you drive outside the casino its like a wasteland you see a lot of tatted up unsavory characters, ghetto, white trash, cholos, druggies, skinhead neo nazi types, etc.

San Bernardino ranks 3rd-most dangerous U.S. city, Irvine is safest in California
Columbia, Md. was ranked safest. St. Louis, most dangerous.

why you go around places like that? hell, we had riots here and i did everything i could to avoid all the craziness because it's just to easy to get dragged into it. yes, even if you're just driving by.

I grew up in the hood so im used to shitty areas, but I go to those places because my job requires me to, I work for a company that delivers business, office and hotel supplies to businesses so I travel out there. so I pretty much have no choice. Ill stop and grab a bite to eat in these areas, I have a coworker who shares the load, we drive all the way to Indio from LA so I drive there and they drive back.

it’s not a place that’s dangerous like a war zone. It’s hot, windy, dusty everything is strip malls and tract housing. Retirement communities, Mobile homes, etc. It’s basically an ugly desert.

I’ve only been to certain parts, so @TidWell may have a different perspective.

man gotta work, i drive for a living too, sometimes you gotta go to sketchy areas, I just don't like useless drama, fighting over nothing which is what a lot of losers will try to drag you into. During the riots here, I did what i could to avoid any of the areas that had problems but there were a couple times where police were guarding where i needed to go, and i don't want to deal with them either, not to mention how the cell connection was so overloaded the gps wouldn't work. I just knew people would lose their lives in this shit and so far about 4 have in my city, and for what? 2 or 3of them were senseless shootings in the chaz/chop zone and one was a girl protesting on the highway and getting hit accidentally. Meanwhile, all they are really doing is making life harder for the rest of us who are just trying to survive.
