As much as i don't mind what he did, he did left that RNC for a long time.

I think negligent homicide did happen, but the guy didn't deserved to go to jail because of it, maybe there ought to have been a plea where he gets community service or some crap like that.

I think the ordeal of having to go through trial is punishment enough.

I kind of agree with you that he probably put that RNC for a long time.

But not beyond a reasonable doubt. He claims he wasn't tightening the hold the whole time and just had his arm there. Also there is some reasonable doubt that he didn't actually kill him, but a combination of factors such as his poor health, drug use and shock.

I hope it does inspire others to take action against thugs that are abusing other citizens.
