I'm shocked no one's ever talked about this matchup.

Cain beat Brock. But Cain is bigger than Daniel. Could Daniel pull off the up-set and beat Brock? Remember, Brock has the same reach as Jon Jones does.

Idk if Brock has the same reach on paper as Jones, but even if he does that's super misleading.

Good point ts I actually never right of this match up before either, sounds pretty fucking sweet though.

DC stuffs Brock and abuses him on the feet.

Brocks greatest downfall is he doesn't know how to take a punch. If he learned that he would have been almost unbeatable just off of his strength, size, quickness and wrestling ability. Problem is he tried to develop a MMA game way too late in life.

and just for old times sake

I thought about it.

I think DC wins- it's a no-brainer for him.

Utilize angles and boxing fundamentals and Lesnar gets flabbergasted.

Cormier is an awful matchup for any version of Lesnar.

DC by being able to sprawl and strike, even if he receives a shot to the face in the process. And is not even close.

Cormier 99/100 times

Brock vs Dada 5000 would be a fairer more competitive fight.

I see all these comments how Cain beat him and how Cormier could beat him! Come on, this guy was sick to the gills for a few years with that dreaded diverticulitis disease! I'm gonna bet a lot of you out there are young and haven't experienced intestinal type conditions! It's brutal! You gotta give this guy credit for doing the almost unbelievable and that is UFC Heavyweight Champ, after "three," "three," professional fights! Come on!

There is no way a 5ft9 Cormier is ragdolling Brock the same way he did to Barnett or others. Brock is a monster of a man with wrestling and strength. Cormier will look like 4 weight classes below and Brock would pin him down and smash him. Brock is a horrible matchup for DC. DC would have the consistency and cardio advantage but Brock is extremely fast and way to strong. Comiers standup skills are good but Brock's power and reach are like Jones. There is no way I see Daniel beating prime Brock.

Cain is bigger and considered the better fighter by there own AKA team when they 'fight'.

Cain's pace that put up a huge strain on the cardio was the main reason I think Brock lost it.. of course the striking and the ability to get up where also key but that crazy pace and full on cardio machine Cain for a HW is just off the charts.

Brock vs DC would be more competitive then his fight vs Cain and I do not think DC can finish Lesnar so its a decision win for DC or a TKO for Lesnar I would probably favor DC but just barely.

I would have loved to see Brock fight Cain pre-surgery so no issues health wise and with his confidence still solid cause after that surgery there was something in the back of his head so to say and the Carwin fight only made it worst then the Cain defeat cemented it.. by the time of Ubereem I think he was already checked out.

Note* Brock screwed Cain's shoulder big time, overall a lot of time missing from his career and multiple surgeries trying to fix it.

Daniel is to strong of a wrestler, would keep it standing and get the TKO.

"pull off the upset" lol

DC has good wrestling and striking. Do the math. No TD and then it is a kickboxing match against Brock Lesnar...
