Well unlike most of sherdog i only suggest stuff that works and makes things easier. I dont put forth ideas unless they have been proven to work by many many people and dancing is something that has helped hundreds and hundred of guys get to another level footwork wise and then fighting wise. Most of the very best fighters from Sugar Ray Robinson to Ali to Leonard to Arguello danced and it seemed to work. but I imagine they have no validity here on sherdog because they are not phd holders or have a book out with some bullshit buttfuck idea like Ross Eminate or Rhadi fuckwaddle or who ever else sherdoggites look up to. But if you are smart enough to look into dance classes and can stop thinking about how gay you might be give it a try I can guarantee it will improve your game faster than trying to mess with gym drill stuff because it is easier to learn salsa than boxing and salsa is almost the same as boxing and it is on the easiest and least stressfull ways to pick up the speed on your footwork in a short amount of time.
