Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series- Season 3

actually incredibly impressive given his 15 month career. Amazing athleticism and cardio. Rapid guard passes and nice scrambles. Huge room for improvement.

That's one way to look at it. Another way to look at it is that his long amateur career (8 fights) started in January 2016, so he is actually 13 fights and over 3.5 years in. Oh, and he's already 31 years old.

-0.8u, Reed cost me a bunch first by gassing then going full pussy and quitting just before the GTD hit. Glad I freerolled for guaranteed profit rather than just playing Smythe, another quitter.

Need to factor in heart and cardio a lot more. Domestic abuse victim Alpar has that toughness and my one win of the night. Should have gone more on her after seeing that Young barely beat Moriel Charneski and looking like she graduated the Derek Brunson School of Striking.

Stand corrected on the proper timeline of his career, but given the weight class and his current shape I would not be surprised if he was still near this level of athleticism in his late 30s.

Knew I had too much action on Young. Anyone who spends that much time on eye make up. Down a few units but I had a little more fun watching that one

Alacabek dominates most of the fight and gets out cardiod by a a guy who I thought would be dying by rd 3

My pre tape reads are fine. My bets have sucked. Trying way too hard to make extra money for this trip.

Very Undisciplined

Knight +223 $200

Smyth +110 $200

Young -123 $100

Reed +240 $200

Caught the Pinnacle openers and used them to arb for better prices. Lowered my unit size to 100 for this event. I expect most to scoff at the Knight bet, but the difference in athleticism is no joke and will be a huge factor between two inexperienced guys.

+$9.71, savages are the way to go on DWCS. Wanted to play the Reed/Julius O1.5 but other books didn't open totals til after. Played the Weaver/Smith O2.5 small which kept me in miniscule profit.

Eh, don't beat yourself up over it. There are certain outcomes which you simply can't predict based on the tape.

Alcabek had never displayed his cardio level, smashing all his opponents early, but the same is true of Knight. Both were unknowns in that regard. Based on body type, Knight's was more likely to be bad, if that were to even become a factor.

Turns out that after dominating and almost stopping Knight in round 1, it was a factor, and it was in Knight's favor. But again, there was no way to know this.

I was originally on Brok Weaver who I remembered from his bouts in Island Fights, but allowed myself to be talked into switching to Devin Smyth, which was a big mistake. William Knight's big comeback TKO in round 3 in the main event saved it from being a disastrous card for me, and limited me to a loss of only 4.26 units.

Just playing the dogs would have been a fine strategy again.

I started out this season really strong and now it's turning into a dud for me.

Same. I’m going to have to go way smaller and less plays. Find good props

Weaver dec was +365 and i hit that but only as a semi hedge

Not many of these guys are worth anything above evens

Honestly, I don't even know why I'm playing it at all. I'm not really excited for the fights, so I'm not even looking into them much at all. Last night I didn't even bother staying up to watch the last two. I caught those in the morning.

next tuesday picks just what I like no idea what the odds are just throwing them out there
