Dana White's Slap fighting Championship

the goofballs talking shit about a 'sport' where men slap one another. who is the goofball? also, 1st guy to slap has huuuge advantage. but lets not get into logistics, its dumb.
Then again, make this happen...

Dana really just doesn't get it. In 20 yrs when he is trying to get away from all this, people are going to be hounding him with CTE law suits like he's a war criminal.

Apparently he says he only has 10 years left to live

It just seems so dumb.

I’d rather have a bJJ league with palm strikes and upkicks like with Eddie Bravo’s Combat Jiu Jitsu.
There should be one with actual ground and pound allowed. Training for actual strikes would help overall in BJJ's evolution. A lot of sport BJJ tactics/strategies doesn't work in mma and real fights because there are no strikes allowed. So most build a game completely ignoring strikes and where they are open to strikes. An actual league with ground and pound allowed would change that. Even if all strikes during clinching is allowed would also be nice. You have to have control of a limb or be in a clinch in order to strike and all strikes on the ground are allowed. That may be a little much and too close to mma, so maybe just ground and pound would be an easier start. Like Bravo's Combat Jiu-Jitsu but with actual ground and pound and elbows, knees, and not just open palm strikes.

I am for it. Will watch, looks like it will be mostly their life stories before the short slaps. Hope they get that Russian guy Vasiliy Khamotiskiy and the top guys from Slapfight like Koa Viernes (da crazy hawaiian) and David Zales (Dawid “Zales” Zalewski) from PunchDown.

Dana Slap Fighting was growing without you and Last year the United States-based promotion SlapFIGHT Championship and Polish organization PunchDown agreed to a formal alliance. This union of the premier slap-fighting leagues in the world was officially dubbed the World Slap Fighting Alliance. "The unique partnership as two organizations choosing to actually work together under the shared belief that their entire industry would benefit from a true coalition." Now Dana wished to be the one and only...

he has them signing disclaimers for sure..

There was slap fighting championship (punchdown 5) in Poland where they put 300 pounds 6'3+ strongmen against eachother and I think in couple of "fight night cards" was the first death. Guy was slapped > internal brain bleeding> critical state > put in inducted coma by anesthesiologist> died months later and never woke up.

Just imagine Levan competing.

Ya'll remember that combat sport that the UFC founder created? It was similar to this but I think it allowed all strikes

Why is this shit in the Worldwides? Can't the TS see this is for MMA not this garbage?
