Trending doesn't mean PPV buys. But if a card as bad as this gets more buys than 187 and 188 combined... I don't know what to say about the state of MMA. Ronda + Conor > Weidman, Jon Jones, Aldo, etc.

It's going to be big. The casino I went to that wasn't even full for the McGregor fight was sold out tonight and I had to go to a bar which was standing room only. Ronda is getting a lot more famous among the casuals, I wouldn't be surprised if it beats 189.

The bar I was at was completely packed. There was at least 200 outside watching that couldn't get in. They are tvs on the patio. I've never seen anything like that before. Tell yourself anything you want but Ronda is a huge star.

This, all the people gloating over Rousey's draw power reminds me of this post on here where this guy was claiming having two big promotions is better than one because people can talk debate over the competition rather than having the best fighters under one roof.

MMA "fans" never cease to amaze me. Even if you ignore how ridiculous it is not to want to see the sport grow, even for self-serving reasons one would think you would understand why it is a good thing. You will be able to keep seeing the fights you want to see for years to come because so many casuals pay to see fights you don't care about.
