I had Jones winning the fight. Just barely. And only on a second viewing.

The fans opinion matters quite a bit as far as career prospects go. I disliked Jones long before the Gus fight.

How does Gus v Cormier make more sense than Jones v Cormier if Jones is ready to fight? Acting like Dana would do that is just grandstanding. The funny thing is that Jones has been saying he thinks the top contenders should be fighting in his division so it would be giving in to Jones in a sense, anyway.
