Offered 150 million by who exactly? There is no promoter in the world who could possibly believe that a rematch would do even half the business that the first one did, let alone outdraw it. It's just silly.

I think that while he is contracted to the UFC and is JUST recovering from this injury he doesn't sanction it. McGregor is good for a few more PPVs in the UFC. I can easily see it happening once he loses his next fight or two tho, which he almost certainly will.
