He's become way to much of a bald weesel lying for fighters on top of all his shadiness, enough is enough. He simply has no credibility. When he speaks it sounds like a joke, and difficult to believe a single word he says. He's done a lot for the sport but he doesn't need to be the promotor any more.

The UFC is not doing well. Dana's mouth is cashing checks his ass can't chew. He's not getting the super fights made and quite frankly his lying weesel-like presence at events is damaging the integrity of the brand.

Sucking Jon and Conor off for years only to get cucked by them and sounds like he's about to cry when people ask him at interviews? lol embarassing

He should have stepped down/been fired when he was beating his wife, but if that didn't stop his career, nothing will. All the rich business owners love a woman beating, arrogant narcissistic, loser loud mouth asshole running things.

Totally off-base, he sucks now because he is Too professional, and Too trustworthy. It's boring.

Go back to cursing all the time and making reporters cry
Go back to lying passionately and interestingly about everything and anything

What exactly is different than last 15 years? He sounds and basically acts the same way, also the UFC financially is the best its ever been so why the fuck would they ever think of changing anything within the company when they are doing record business.

You make changes when things are nosediving, when sponsors are pulling out and nobody is buying tickets and revenue is cratering.

This. I think people can make a claim that 2005-2015 Dana was shadier than he is today. If anything, he does not give a fuck, which was the Dana bashing thread earlier this week.

He always pushed the envelope on being a complete and total chode, but it has gone too far, too long and most importantly, he was much easier to digest when the org was still rising.

He should be replaced just like anyone else who is not doing their job well.
 
he's much more of a figure head these days, you can tell his brain is no longer in it. before the post fight conferences, would be fiery retort, a constant battle over what dana perceived as lesser than media. it was a total annihilation, a frenzy, and then Dana cooled way the fuck off. he's lost the passion clearly, unaware of the questions, unaware of the events, focused on something else.

Dana seems way more distracted and disinterested than in the past. He's phoning it in and short-timing it on the way out the door as his contract expires soon.

the people at endeavor think they know better. but they dont. dana is just taking the pay check. he has his obligations. i dont think he even cares about slap that much. that ship has sailed.
