The only thing that would make this show interesting is if they put some actual top 10-15 talent in there in tournament format with the winner getting a title shot.
Using the show to find prospects is a painfully dated concept. It's not 2005 anymore, and the roster is already flooded with nobodies who are apparently the best from the regional scene.
Time to implement some new goddamn ideas if they want to continue with TUF.
