Bantamweight is in need of new contenders. Not looking forward to watching TJ smash Renan again.
 
Giving a title fight to Faber is just cruel. He's bound to lose.

Barao has earned no title shot especially with his missed weight and responsible for wrecking UFC 177. Urijah vs Tj makes zero sense right now. His biggest win in his past 3 fights is Bruce Leeroy.

Don't we have enough problems with inactive champs due to various unfortunate situations? Dillashaw has already been inactive for 4 months and you want him to keep waiting?

Cruz is injured again as well. Same injury but on the other knee, so he'll be out of action even longer.

Yes, TJ needs to wait for Asscuano. Then Cruz should get an immediate title shot with his history of injuries, and that will give both Barao and Faber time to re-claim their top spots back by fighting top contenders, you know, keeping the division "active".

I disagree. It's dumb for a healthy champ to just sit on his ass for over half a year before he even begins another camp. Even more so when the last title defense was against an unranked fighter.
 
cruz will never get another shot imagine he won the belt another complete disaster trying to keep him injury free.

How about a tournament of kanehara, font, alcantara, and Eduardo

Or at least Eduardo and alcantara in a title eliminator or something

Okay so how about Dillashaw vs Mighty Mouse/Aldo super fight? MM is pretty silent right now, and Aldo is waiting for McGregor or Frankie next.
 
I don't want Barao to get the next shot, but Faber? C'mon.

Give it to Barao, just to keep Dillashaw active. Urijah Faber should rematch Francisco Rivera, and Rivera should be allowed goggles this time around.
