I wouldn’t think so. Becoming internet famous is one of those weird things. Mma put her on the map but now there are probably plenty of people following her on IG or at the very least aware of her that have not watched mma at all or with any regularity.

It’s like the Bella Twins. Pro wrestling was their thing but with their reality shows and what not, there’s probably people who follow their careers now who never watched pro wrestling. And I’m sure they’re doing quite well financially since leaving the business.

PVZ/Vanderford reality tv show seems like an inevitability lol.

If I were Paige Vanzant, I would try my hardest to keep the contract... but never actually fight again. That way, she can keep her shitty gimmick on Instagram of being a "UFC fighter." That is the only thing that makes her different from all the Insta-hoes and grants her some credibility.

Not to undermine her career, of course. She has some wins in the UFC, which technically means she deserves to be called a UFC fighter, but let's be real - she's gotta get nowhere in the UFC and she's gonna keep getting peanuts because she will never be very good. In other words, her being called a UFC fighter is the best thing that she can get out of her contract. She will make a lot more on Instagram, and like I previously mentioned, the "I'm a UFC fighter... that's a girl!" will attract some extra thirsty geeks that are into that shit.

It depends on how good Paige is at marketing herself.

Actually being under contract with the UFC is not important in the IG game. Just the fact that she was a known UFC fighter is enough for her brand.

Look at Gina Carano, hasn't fought MMA in 11 years, still considered a star with a million followers, still gets attention as a former MMA fighter.

The top fitness influencers on IG like Michelle Lewin and Jen Selter have ZERO real credentials, no background in sports or anything.

But they make big money on IG from having millions of followers.

It is all about looking hot and having reach. IG is really superficial.

Look, this chick probably made more money from this one post than Paige did in her fight on Saturday.

Masvidal has been fighting for years, if he hasnt prepared to fight a wrestler like Usman, 6 months or days, wont make a difference, i guess better cardio, fight wont go any different.
