Dana: Gustaffson could be possibly next for Cormier

GUS is going to get cormiered. I probably wouldn't watch that fight. God, I don't see Gustaffason knocking out Cormier, and don't see him being able to keep Cormier at bay without getting fused into the cage itself by the end of the fight.
 
Who challenges Jones after the winner of this fight?
Good idea for the moment, terrible for down the road.
Cormier wins easily.
 
Id rather have Davis vs Cormier and Lil nog vs Gus.
 
Cormier gassed just trying to strike with Nelson. If he can make the cut that be good but it won't help him in his endurance later on.

This! We basically have 2 legit threats to the title at LHW right now (Gus and DC), don't sacrifice one for the sake of the other...
 
I don't really want to see Cormier matched against anyone I look forward to seeing fight.

You forget he was also grappling a HUGE guy in Nelson.
 
I feel like Cormier's wrestling would be too much for Gus even though Gus' wrestling has improved immeasurably.

I honestly want to see Cormier/Jones after Gus/Jones.

Tex is very good but hasn't faced a strong enough opponent to warrant a title shot.
 
Gus will become a part of the cage... well we have a 2 sided cage so far with JDS and Nelson... may as well get the other 6 corners finished.

Gus doesn't want any part of this.

He is better of securing a rematch with Jones via fighting Bader.
 
Tougher fight for Gus than Jones. Cormier actually has boxing skills.

I'll willingly admit that this is part of the reason for me not liking this match up. I really want Jones/Gus II ASAP and I think DC has a much bigger chance than Glover of spoiling that party...
 
Only fight that makes sense, other than throwing Davis into the mix. The other options are horrible, boring, and easy fights.
 
Well, it would be a great fight. It doesn't make a great deal of sense in terms of managing contenders, but if they make it, I certainly won't be complaining.
 
why are people mentioning little NOG, I mean he won against who, Tito, or and non contact competition against hashad evans, this guy is not relevant.
