Floyd has 22 or 23 knockouts but that was earlier in his career before he started to have a lot of trouble with his hands.

Diaz is not a power puncher at all, he's more of a volume puncher who throws at less than 100% to conserve energy - one of the reasons he has great cardio. But the comparison is not relevant in the least.

Floyd wins by UD, easily.
