    I don't know, man.

I REALLY wanted to see Werdum vs. JDS II (<{JustBleed}>), I'm not Fabricio's biggest fan in the world (to put it mildly), but at the same time, I can understand he's a professional. I mean, he's not the one to blame if AKA fucked up another card. Why should he accept dangerous fighters, completely different from the one he was preparing to in the first place?

That being said, yeah, it sucks and I really wanted him to fight one of these guys.

because he fights for a living, and the guy would be taking the fight on short notice giving him an advantage. not the worst position to be in

Then give the titleshot to JDS. Will see if Werdum fights or not.

You can't go around calling people names and disrespecting other fighters yet refuse to fight them. I swear I use to like Werdum, but after his JDS comments I've come to the conclusion that the man is just a scumbag.

Just because Cain pulled out doesnt mean he should be awarded the next title shot, and if he thinks that's the case I hope the UFC benches him for 6months to teach him a lesson. Werdum is a not a draw and nobody is asking to see him fight the title, he must be feeling a little entitled these days.

Werdum is a strange one. Still not sure what he was trying to do in the Miocic fight

Lol ... He probably doesn't want to fight any of them on short notice ( big guys, mostly punchers... )

He's already in fight shape as he's been training for a fight. 1+ month is more than enough time to adjust a game plan, he's just being salty and entitled. He doesn't deserve the title shot IMO, he's on a one fight win streak. Dana needs to bench him to teach him a lesson IMO. If you don't wanna fight then sit on the sidelines, dont expect a title shot gifted to you because someone pulled out.

He thinks he deserves a rematch Stipe. I'd like to see him face JDS or Overeem first for sure.

If Werdum is turning down fights left right and centre coming off an average performance over Browne, he shouldn't be getting the next shot.

If Werdum is turning down fights againt dangerous guys, have him fight Struve and let JDS fight Stipe for the belt.

Whatever let werdum sit on the sidelines and let the rest of the HW's fight to the top and actually earn title shots.

Verdum ducking Overeem,JDS, Lewis or Ngannou makes since he doesn't want to get lit up or risk it. Now Ducking Struve I bet his camp thinks that is also a lose lose situation. Anyone besides Cain, JDS, or Overeem is a lose/lose situation if he beats those other guys his stock doesn't go up much if he loses he probably never gets another shot at the title. Sad to see him duck Overeem. But Overeem took the Hunt fight which is a lose/lose for him in some facets I don't think a win throws him back in the title picture, but Overeem believes he is the best... as all fighters of Championship caliber should feel.

That's only 6 weeks out. If it were 10-12, maybe.

More importantly it's pretty shitty matchmaking, too.
You're going to have Stipe fight someone 4-6 months after a couple of fights in Feb, so that he sits around 9-12 months from his last fight?

Agreed, Werdum missed out on a good pay cheque against Cain, pretty surprised he isn't wanting straight back in after his last fight, he will be shunned to the back of the line for it, or should be.
