Media Dana confirms Jon Jones retired

You m

You must not know much about Armstrong's history if you think PEDs were his worst "crime".
There is literally NO comparison between Lance and Jon Jones other than both being obsessed with winning at all costs.

WELL...since you asked.

Rountree spends five rounds leg kicking Hill and occasionally dropping him with punches when the mood strikes him, while Hill just takes it like a simp. Seriously, that's the whole fight. You;re welcome
You missed Hill shaking his head a few times whilst looking like a newborn giraffe when he was taking shots.

I’m disappointed, but I understand. He’s almost 40 years old at this point and at that stage of your career do you really want to be fighting these young hungry lions? I wouldn’t.

why? It’s such a big deal that he’s not fighting this guy? Nobody has any clue where Tom will be in two or three years in his career? It’s gonna be awful hard for him to be considered the greatest heavyweight of all time when he has nobody to fight whatsoever in that division. NOT like he has peak DC, Werdum, Stipe or Brock all in their primes, ready to fight him.

If he absolutely wrecks everyone it will 100% have him in the conversation. Won't be his fault nobody could compete. Obviously he has ro actually do that first.

I just read someone's Tweet: "Jon's biggest career victory was killing off two of Tom's prime years."
Tom has been doing well in that time off. I actually think he had some injury issues which ios why he sat around.

I think he looks really different in his next fight and basically smokes Gane or whoever they put in there with him.

It is similar to people who bash Fedor, saying he only fought cans, and neglecting the Big Nog and Cro Cop fights.

Glad this whole drama is over. Feel bad for Aspinall that he has not fought since last July, due to Jones not willing to commit. I am not saying Jones was afraid of Aspinall, but deep down inside he knew it was really a bad matchup for him.

Aspinall is much bigger, is the complete package, and moves like a Middleweight. Jones only wants to fight guys at Heavyweight that were past their prime like Stipe, or a guy like Gane whose wrestling is subpar. Aspinall still lost a year of his career, and hopefully UFC rewards his patience by giving him more money for his following fights.
