Vitor has not even been granted a license yet and if Wand gets his why change the fight?

Vitor wont release his failed test results from february, was removed from ufc 175 because of not getting approved due to his TRT BS and now he is back on the card even still without a license?

FFS UFC/Dana...get wand back on the card...the NSAC has not denied him the chance to fight...over this...just you and fucking Chael.

first off get your facts straight retard.

1. Vitor was originally on UFC 173 not 175
2. There is no source that proves that he has failed the test
3. He has a hearing on June 17th for his approval for his fight, NAC has already given him the ok to compete, no license yet.
4. Vitor > Wand
5. Wand left and didn't take the random test. doesn't look like he will be getting a license.. in California, if you refuse a blood test or breathe analyzer test when getting pulled over you get an automatic DUI. think they have the same idea here.
