Exactly. Rebound fights should be more common than they are in UFC - it lets prospects/contenders regroup and refocus and extends their careers. Sadly, UFC matchmaking is stuck on "iron sharpens iron" mode, which means fighters coming off tough losses often get another tough match-up as a comeback (extreme example is Akiyama).I don't mind Hooker having a slightly easier fight after the recent fights he's had. Plus it's not like Nasrat is some can.
Part of UFC's motivation is also to squeeze any juice they can put of any recognizable fighter, which is why they'll probably keep giving Tony Ferguson top guys instead of a reasonable (but lower profile) match-up.
