I was thinking Demian 'The Demon' Maia but Demian 'The Backpack' Maia is much better.

You lose value in regards to the 'purpose' of your list overall with Maia there.. backpacks don't kill you and it's just so UFC VHS times if you think that about Maia.

I understand your complains to an extent and some of them on your list are debatable when you look at the overall context and the high level / stakes of their fights and some also deserve negative fan reactions.

I'm not a fan of Mo and Guida.. at least Guida looks like he is the energizer bunny but then he just wants to make babies.

I'm sure they have fans out there to.

From the list GSP / Alvarez are very debatable and I think you rushed to judge them and no way, no spot for Maia.. you went in the heat of the moment cause you liked the 'joke nickname' to much in my opinion at least.
 
The only nickname he needs is "the Kingslayer", because apparently he and Jaime Lannister were separated at birth.
